During the summer of 2001, I traveled into the heartland of India to learn more about the Sardar Sarovar Dam, the largest of the Narmada Dam Project in India. With my fiance Ameet at my side and my digital video camera in hand, I wanted to learn more about the price of progress and the balance between the old and new.
